- To itemize all parts, labour and other changes on a proper work order or estimate
- To obtain customer authorization before performing any work
- To notify the customer in advance of any possible additional charges
- To uphold and seek to improve the standards of the industry
- To uphold the integrity and qualifications of all members of the Quality Assured Group
